FAQ

Common questions

No — and architecturally we cannot. OneClickPay never touches your money. Funds are routed directly from the buyer's wallet to yours via on-chain swaps and bridges. We have no backend that holds balances, no admin key, no withdraw flow. If our service disappeared tomorrow, your existing links would stop working, but no money would be at risk.

They can pay by card. Our checkout offers a Ramp Network integration — the buyer enters a Visa/Mastercard, Ramp does KYC and converts fiat to crypto, and the crypto is delivered to your wallet. You receive the same asset either way.

On-chain payments are final — there are no chargebacks (which is great for you as a merchant). For refunds, you can send funds back to the buyer's address manually. We don't process refunds for you because we never hold the money. For card payments, Ramp handles the fiat side; the crypto leg is still final.

No. You connect your wallet, fill in a form (amount, label, token, network) and you get a shareable URL. Send it however you like — chat, email, QR code. Optionally we expose webhooks and an API for advanced users, but they're not required.

We don't give tax advice, but the export tools in Settings let you download a CSV of every payment with timestamps, amounts in USD, and transaction hashes. Hand that to your accountant.

Crypto payments work everywhere — the link is just a URL. The card-payment add-on (Ramp) supports 150+ countries; check ramp.network for the current list. Sanctioned addresses are blocked at the wallet/RPC layer, not by us.
